Regulated tree work, protected trees, planning matters, structural works, drainage, electrical works, and other specialist works should be handled by appropriately qualified professionals where required. Where an enquiry involves such works, we will advise that suitably qualified specialists be engaged.

No guaranteed transformation

We do not guarantee any specific “transformation” or visual result. Outdoor spaces respond to season, weather, soil, existing condition and ongoing maintenance, all of which affect outcomes.

Pricing

We do not offer fixed-price plans unless confirmed in writing for a specific agreed scope. Any pricing discussed informally is indicative until confirmed.

Completion in a single visit

We do not guarantee that all works can be completed in one visit. The time required depends on the condition, size and complexity of the space, access, weather and waste handling.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about access, the site, and any known issues (for example underground services, boundary matters, protected trees or hazards). Where relevant permissions or consents are needed, it is your responsibility to ensure these are in place.
